What's the return policy?

Why is the weight data incorrect?

Please check whether the cat enters to machine with only two feet inside due to curiosity. Or is the machine placed on a flat ground with four feet connecting to the ground?

When using it for the first time, the machine is not available after power on.

There will be 1 to 3 minutes of self-test after the device is powered on. During this process, all buttons are not operable, not a fault, and can be used after the self-test is completed.

What if my cat refuses to use the litter box?

Usually, most kittens will adapt to the new litter box within 1 month. You can also place toys that your cat likes to play with in the litter box. If your kitten needs a longer acclimatization period, please contact our support team.
